great access to beaches and local eateries makes exploring easy

during my stay, I really enjoyed how close it was to Cala Gran beach, just about 500 meters away, and also found a bunch of cozy restaurants like La Dolce Vita just a few steps away, perfect for midday breaks and dinners after city strolls.

A great hotel with excellent employees with their customer service and helpfulness. Perfect views, stunning location right by Cala Gran, the bars and restraints near by, and Close to restaurants. Savoury food in the poolside restaurant.

The lively atmosphere with a mix of guests made our stay enjoyable.

The noise from the evening entertainment was unbearable, blaring until midnight every night. To make matters worse, the lack of sound insulation meant we could hear everything from neighboring rooms, made relaxing impossible. I also found the absence of basic kitchen essentials quite frustrating, as it was unexpected for a self-catered apartment.

I only liked the location as it was close to the beach and the town centre,

The room that we stayed in smelt of damp when we arrived, the air con did not work either and the bathroom was very small. We asked to change rooms, but they were fully booked, so we had to remain in the same room. We were only staying 3 nights, so didn't really have any other option but to stay put. On the last night they said there we were only staying 3 nights, but by then there was no point in moving. We asked for a refund or discount, due to all the problems we had but nothing was given by the manager.

The hotel was at an excellent location. The facilities were good and there was onsite entertainment that was very enjoyable.

Positive: location - nearest beach 4 minutes by foot; nightlife, shopping, restaurants in front of the door; car rental europcar as neighbour; supermarket eroski just 7 minutes by foot; petrol station 2 min by car; private doctor 4 min by foot. Lovely park, big pool, stage and bar at the hotel area. Space and equipment in the apartment is enough for people who dont need luxury. Staff is always friendly and helpful, especially the room maids. Night animation is nice for a short stay.

Negative: swimming pool - not enough chlorine at all, both kids have got an inflammation (conjunctivitis), no public declaration of cleansing of the water (no timetable for cleansing and chlorination). Towels - were changed 3 times a week, all over the time grey instead of white, do not come really dry from the laundry, always with a lot of smudge; they reminds you the other tourists. Kids animation - kids animation 3 til 4 times a day (at 1 pm, sometimes in the late afternoon, at 9 pm and at midnight); all 22 days long the same 5 songs for the kids, and so it starts again. Night animation - the programme is repeated every week, so the tourists experience all events 3 times during 22 days; one night animation in front of the hotel and karaoke behind (also the karaoke pub plays every day and night the same songs).

Too noisy (no phonic isolation) and the room was not that clean.

We stayed in the Large Terrace Apartment, super spacious and really clean. Loved the big terrace where we could chill outside. The bathroom was recently renovated with a nice tropical shower and the air conditioning worked really well. Only downside was a small issue with the sink battery, but they fixed it fast! I liked the room's layout and comfort. It had all the essentials like a fridge and kettle. Perfect for a relaxing stay.

Located in the center of Cala d'Or, wich is nice if you like to be where all the other tourists are. Close to the beach that is small but beatiful. Nice pool area and friendly staff in the poolbar. Free parking outside the hotel.

We booked the studio for two persons and it was awful with two small sofa beds. We upgraded to an apartment wich looked the same, but had a extra room with two singelbeds made to one dubble. 15 € / day. The cleaning was very poor. I think it said free Wi-Fi, but it was only reached from the lobby and pool area. TV was not included in the price. There were really nice TVs in all the rooms but you had to pay to get the remote control. Worthless.

Family with children paradise

We had a massive terraced apartment where we could see the sea on one side and mountains on the other. The view was SO beautiful, like a postcard! The pool was ABSOLUTELY clean and tidy, a place we cherished throughout our stay! We even enjoyed cooking breakfast there, nothing beats starting the day with a view like that!

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable.

First we were welcomed very very friendly! We didnt pay a lot of money so we didnt expect much of this hotel but it was much better than we could dream of. A very nice location, good staff, nearby city center and beach.

Ola Apartamentos Es Ravells D'Or are ideally situated for the beaches around the resort and the shopping. They are basic but clean and good value for money. There is good entertainment on every night which draws in the crowds. Would certainly recommend the apartments.
